Travel Loan Agreement

The seasonal map covers the relevant costs for public transportation to and from your workplace, but not other travel expenses, for example. B not the cost of using the car or parking. Proof of the purchase of the seasonal card must be presented to the human resources department within 2 weeks of payment of the loan. If this is not possible, the result will be an immediate full refund of all outstanding items. The annual card is valid for journeys between your two selected stations and can be used at any time, including weekends, although the loan is approved provided it is primarily intended for travel between the place of residence and the workplace. You must pay your travel loan in the mail with a cheque or payment order to World Relief. Our postal address is World Relief 7 East Baltimore Street. Baltimore, MD 21202. Be sure to write your name and case number on the cheque or payment order. A loan agreement is broader than a debt and contains clauses on the entire agreement, additional expenses and the modification process (i.e. to amend the terms of the agreement). Use a loan contract for large-scale loans or from several lenders.

Use a debt note for loans from non-traditional lenders such as individuals or businesses rather than banks or credit unions. Completed application forms must be forwarded to the human resources department at least four weeks prior to the credit application, along with an offer from the tour operator. In all cases, original copies of the documentation must be provided. Loans are made in the form of a salary advance. Once the loan is received, the payslip begins with regular deductions from your salary. Under no circumstances can the repayment period exceed the duration of the permanent card or your employment contract. Maintaining the seasonal map is your responsibility. If the ticket is lost, it is your responsibility to arrange a replacement for the tour operator. If, for any reason, the tour operator decides not to replace the ticket, you will continue to be responsible for the credit and the deductions of salary payments will continue unabated until the entire loan is released.
